South Cotabato State College Holds Joint COA Exit and Entrance Conference
ISULAN, Sultan Kudarat – South Cotabato State College (SCSC) convened with representatives from the Commission on Audit (COA) for a joint Exit and Entrance Conference on August 25, 2026, at Hotel Hexandrea, Isulan, Sultan Kudarat, focused on ensuring operational transparency and maintaining continuous adherence to financial guidelines.
The activity kicked off with an Exit Conference led by COA State Auditor IV Rosita M. Mustapha and the COA Audit Team, where key discussions centered on the presentation of audit findings, management responses, and agreed-upon corrective actions aimed at enhancing institutional accountability.
Following the review and interactive discussions between COA and SCSC personnel, Edgar Paolo M. Macrohon delivered parting remarks that underscored the vital importance of sustained collaboration, open communication, and proactive compliance to further strengthen administrative efficiency and integrity.
The event concluded with the formal introduction of the incoming COA Audit Team during the transition phase, followed by an official photo opportunity with college officials, staff, and auditing personnel.
