Driven by the strategic vision of College President Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes, SCSC continues to prioritize practical research frameworks that create tangible community impact. Key university officials actively participated in and supported the training, including Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Joebert C. Legreso, Research and Development Director Dr. Dexter C. Necor, Internationalization Affairs Director Dr. Jomarie V. Barron, and college faculty members.

To guarantee lasting institutional impact, the activity featured the signing of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to strengthen collaboration and partnership among participating institutions and stakeholders. The agreement paves the way for continued cooperation in research, capacity building, technology transfer, and commercial product development, proving that academic research extends far beyond the laboratory.
