SCSC Strengthens Student Support with TES Release for 199 Grantees
SURALAH, South Cotabato (August 4, 2026) — South Cotabato State College successfully released the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) to 199 qualified student-grantees under Batch 1, Group 3, reaffirming its commitment to ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of government-funded financial assistance to eligible students.
The Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) is one of the government’s flagship student financial assistance programs designed to help qualified students cover educational and other school-related expenses. Through this initiative, beneficiaries are provided with additional financial support, enabling them to continue their studies and pursue their academic goals.
The release was facilitated by the Office of the Scholarship Focal, led by Ms. Michelle L. Soriano, MALT, in coordination with the Cash Unit, headed by Ms. Milagrosalie S. Dogoldogol. Their collaborative efforts ensured the smooth, orderly, and efficient distribution of financial assistance to all qualified beneficiaries.
The successful implementation of the activity was made possible through the full support of SUC President Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes, PhD, reflecting the College’s continued commitment to strengthening student support services and ensuring the effective delivery of government-funded scholarship and financial assistance programs.
