SURALAH, South Cotabato β South Cotabato State College (SCSC) officially kicked off the first day of PAGBATI 2026 on Monday, August 3, with a series of activities that welcomed students to the celebration.
The program began at 7:00 a.m. with the Parade of Programs, followed by the Flag Ceremony from 7:30 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. A PAGBATI production number was then presented before participants proceeded to the School Tour, where students became more familiar with the college’s facilities and services.
Before the lunch break, students also took part in Club Hopping, giving them the opportunity to explore the different student organizations and learn about their activities.
The afternoon program featured BUGNUHANAY, scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., as part of the continuing welcome activities for students.
PAGBATI 2026 carries the theme, “Upod KitaβHeritage in Mind, Excellence in Action,” highlighting the college’s commitment to preserving its heritage while promoting excellence among its students. The celebration continues with more activities in the coming days.
