SURALLAH, South Cotabato โ€” A total of 132 student grantees of South Cotabato State College (SCSC) received financial assistance through the Unified Student Financial Assistance System for Tertiary Education (UNIFAST) Tulong Dunong Program (TDP) during a payout activity held on June 17, 2026.

The distribution of assistance was facilitated by Cash Unit Head Milagrosalie S. Dogoldogol and Scholarship Focal Person Michelle L. Soriano, MAT, ensuring the orderly and efficient release of funds to qualified beneficiaries. The financial assistance aims to help students meet their educational expenses and reduce financial challenges that may affect their studies.

College President Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes emphasized the significance of the program in supporting students’ access to higher education. He said the assistance serves as an investment in the learnersโ€™ future and reflects the institutionโ€™s goal to making quality education more accessible.

The Tulong Dunong Program is one of the governmentโ€™s initiatives under UNIFAST that provides financial support to eligible tertiary students, helping them continue their education and pursue their academic goals.ย
