OFFICE OF THE CHIEF ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
The SCSC Office of the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) is responsible for overseeing and managing the College’s administrative operations to ensure efficient, effective, and compliant service delivery. It supervises support services including human resources, general services, records management, and other administrative units, ensuring adherence to government rules, regulations, and institutional policies. The office coordinates interdepartmental activities, facilitates policy implementation, and provides technical guidance to enhance operational efficiency. Additionally, it monitors performance, addresses administrative concerns, and supports the College President in decision-making to promote accountability, transparency, and the smooth functioning of the institution.
