ACCOUNTING UNIT 

The SCSC Accounting Unit is responsible for managing and safeguarding the financial resources of the College through accurate recording, monitoring, and reporting of all financial transactions. It ensures compliance with government accounting and auditing rules, prepares and maintains financial statements, disbursement records, and obligation reports, and processes payments, payroll, and other financial claims in a timely and transparent manner. The unit also supports budget execution, coordinates with oversight agencies for financial submissions, and provides reliable financial data to management for informed decision-making, promoting accountability and fiscal integrity within the institution.
