Provide tertiary education in agriculture and allied sciences and embed TVET programs relevant to sustainable development of human resources in the region.
Implement researches to advance technological development and enhancement of faculty and students.
Objectives
- Establish a strong collaborative partnership with DA – BAR, PCAARRD, DOST, PRRI, TESDA, CHED and other government and non – government organizations for potential access to in – school and community – based trainings and possible technological researches.
- To implement the Program on Awards and Incentives for Service Excellence, including Program to Institutionalize Meritocracy and Excellence in Human Resource Management- level II and to be Certified ISO 9001 higher education institution with more established Resource Generation and efficient Fund Mobilization.
- To strengthen and pursue vigorously the instruction and training for technical skills in the thrust areas of agriculture and allied sciences in order to develop competent middle and high level professionals who will lead and manage the growing number of industries, private enterprises, government and non- government agencies.
- Value-adding on 5 commodities (banana, rice, pineapple, durian, papaya) abundantly produced in the SocCSKSarGen Region. Thus, establish at least 3 IGPs that will add sustenance to SCSC.
- Organize and register three (3) Civil Society Organizations (CSO’s) to DOLE/CDA/SEC and Implement 1 livelihood program in 17 barangays of Surallah.
