PROCUREMENT UNIT
The SCSC Procurement Unit is responsible for facilitating the transparent, efficient, and lawful acquisition of goods, services, and infrastructure projects required by the College. It ensures that all procurement activities strictly follow RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, from planning and bidding to contract preparation and awarding. The unit manages procurement documents, conducts market research, coordinates with end-users to determine needs, and oversees supplier evaluation and contract monitoring. It maintains accurate procurement records, prepares reports for oversight agencies, and promotes accountability, competitiveness, and value-for-money in all transactions to support the College’s operational and developmental goals.
