The SCSC Supply and Property Management Unit is responsible for the efficient management, safekeeping, and accountability of all College supplies, materials, equipment, and property. It oversees the procurement support, receiving, inspection, issuance, and inventory of assets in accordance with government rules and auditing standards. The unit maintains accurate property and supply records, conducts regular physical inventory, and ensures proper utilization, maintenance, transfer, and disposal of unserviceable items. It also provides logistical support to offices and ensures that supplies and equipment are available and properly managed to support the operational needs of the institution while promoting transparency, cost-effectiveness, and accountability.
