HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT OFFICE

The SCSC Human Resource Management Office is responsible for overseeing all personnel-related functions of the College, including recruitment, selection, placement, and onboarding of employees in accordance with civil service rules and institutional policies. It manages employee welfare, benefits administration, and performance evaluation systems, while ensuring continuous professional development through training and capacity-building programs. The office maintains accurate personnel records, enforces HR policies, and ensures compliance with CSC regulations to promote merit-based and ethical public service. Additionally, it provides strategic HR support to management, fosters a healthy and productive work environment, and upholds employee discipline, engagement, and organizational effectiveness.
