The SCSC Planning Unit is responsible for developing, coordinating, and monitoring the strategic and operational plans of the College to ensure alignment with its vision, mission, and government policies. It conducts research, collects data, and analyzes institutional performance to inform policy formulation, program development, and decision-making. The unit prepares annual and long-term plans, monitors the implementation of projects and programs, and evaluates outcomes to assess effectiveness and impact. It also provides technical guidance to departments, ensures compliance with planning standards, and supports evidence-based management to promote institutional growth, resource optimization, and sustainable development.
