PROJECT DEVELOPMENT OFFICE

The SCSC Project Development Office is responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and monitoring the implementation of institutional projects to support the College’s development goals. It evaluates project proposals, conducts feasibility studies, prepares project plans, and ensures compliance with government rules, regulations, and funding requirements. The unit monitors project progress, assesses outcomes, and provides technical assistance to departments to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Additionally, it maintains project documentation, prepares reports for management and oversight agencies, and ensures that projects contribute to the College’s strategic objectives, operational efficiency, and service delivery to stakeholders.
