South Cotabato Economic Enterprise and South Cotabato State College Strengthen Partnership with MOU Signing

On March 17, 2025, the South Cotabato Economic Enterprise Management Office (SCEEMO) and South Cotabato State College (SCSC) formalized their academic partnership through the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at the Provincial Capitol Compound in Koronadal City. The event, held at 9:00 AM at the PPDO-PDC Hall, was a significant step toward fostering collaboration for educational and regional development.
The program began with an opening prayer led by Ms. Gene Grace H. Mondana, Program Coordinator, followed by the Welcome Address and Overview of the MOU by Mr. Tyron Jann B. Villanueva, Development Management Officer IV and SCEEMO General Manager Designate. Ms. Marites Tanseco, the Provincial Planning and Development Coordinator, delivered a Message of Support, stressing the positive impact this partnership will have on the community.



Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes, SUC President I, and Atty. Renette B. Bergado, PCDO/Provincial Administrative Officer, delivered messages of commitment, emphasizing the importance of collaboration between the two institutions.
The signing of the MOU was the event’s highlight, and a photo opportunity followed to mark the occasion. Closing remarks were provided by Atty. Renette B. Bergado.

SCSC personnel, including Rhea E. Savariz, MBA, College Registrar III; Ardan P. Fusin, Administrative Assistant III; and Rutchie Dogoldogol, Admin Aide IV, were also present to witness the historic moment.
The MOU lays the groundwork for various initiatives that will not only benefit students but also contribute to the growth and innovation of South Cotabato. Through this partnership, both institutions aim to create new opportunities for learning and enhance the overall development of the province.#
