SURALLAH, South Cotabato — The Regional Project Monitoring Committee (RPMC) XII conducted its Fourth Quarter Regular Monitoring on October 22, 2026, to assess the implementation and progress of the Construction of the 3-Storey School Dormitory at South Cotabato State College (SCSC) in Dajay, Surallah, South Cotabato.
The project is among the first batch of projects monitored by RPMC XII from October 20 to 22, 2026, across the provinces of South Cotabato, Sarangani, and Sultan Kudarat, and the City of Koronadal. The monitoring activity aimed to assess the project’s progress, identify implementation bottlenecks and challenges, gather stakeholder feedback, and explore opportunities for collaboration to enhance project effectiveness.
The dormitory project was endorsed and prioritized by the Regional Development Council (RDC) XII in support of the goals and targets outlined in the SOCCSKSARGEN Regional Development Plan (RDP) 2023–2028. The activity forms part of the committee’s efforts to monitor project implementation and help ensure that priority development initiatives remain aligned with regional development goals.
