TACURONG CITY, SULTAN KUDARAT โ South Cotabato State College (SCSC) President Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes led a delegation in a courtesy visit to Sultan Kudarat State University (SKSU) President Atty. Cyrus E. Torreรฑa on September 9, 2026, to congratulate him on his appointment as the universityโs new president.
The visit also provided an opportunity to discuss the plans and initiatives of the Philippine Association of State Universities and Colleges (PASUC) Region XII, as well as matters of mutual interest and possible areas of institutional collaboration.

Dr. Brillantes, who serves as Chairperson of PASUC Region XII, emphasized the importance of strengthening cooperation among state universities and colleges in the region toward advancing their shared goals in higher education. Joining Brillantes were Vice President for Academic Affairs Dr. Joebert C. Legreso, Chief Administrative Officer Edgar Paolo M. Macrohon, MM, Legal Officer Atty. Maria Gemma J. Oquendo, and other SCSC personnel.
