SURALLAH, South Cotabato – South Cotabato State College (SCSC), through the Office of the Student Affairs and Services (OSAS), officially welcomed incoming students during the Student Onboarding 2026 held on August 4, 2026.
Dr. Gerry J. Madriaga delivered the welcome remarks, encouraging students to begin their college journey with confidence and commitment. SCSC President Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes shared an inspirational message, reminding the students to value learning, develop good character, and make the most of the opportunities that await them in college.
The program also introduced the college’s key personnel to help students become familiar with the offices and people who will support them throughout their academic journey. An intermission number by selected students added entertainment to the event, followed by a virtual campus tour that introduced the facilities and services available at SCSC.
The Student Onboarding 2026 aims to help new students adjust to college life by providing them with important information about the institution, its services, and the people who will guide them as they pursue their education at South Cotabato State College.
