The South Cotabato State College community beams with pride as we celebrate our newly Registered Agriculturists (RAgr) who took their professional oath on January 9, 2026. This momentous Regional Oathtaking Ceremony, hosted by the Philippine Association of Agriculturists, Inc. (SOCCSKSARGEN Robusta Chapter), was held at The Word for Everyone Ministries International, Inc. in Brgy. City Heights, General Santos City.
The ceremony was filled with significant milestones for our new professionals, beginning with the Professional Oath administered by Dr. Emma K. Sales, RAgr, Chairman of the PRC Board of Agriculture. Our graduates received valuable wisdom from Rotelo B. Cabugsa, Regional Director of PRC XII, and were honored to hear an inspiring message from Dr. Anastacia G. Notarte, RAgr, Member of the PRC Board of Agriculture and Past President of the PAA-Davao Eagle Chapter. The program also featured the symbolic Pinning of the PRC Badge, marking their official entry into this noble profession.
This life changing transition was proudly accompanied by their dedicated mentors, Dr. Mylene Grace Denona, Dean of the Institute of Agriculture, and Mr. Reymone Gavileno, Department Head. Their presence highlights our commitment to supporting our students from the classroom to their successful entry into the professional field.
