2023 IP Month and 26th IPRA Commemoration
South Cotabato State College spearheaded by its College President, Dr. Edward Lovell B. Brillantes is one with the nation in celebrating the 2023 Indigenous Peoples Month and 26th Indigenous Peoples’ Rights Act (IPRA) commemoration this October 2023 with the theme “Pagpapayaman ng Pamanang Kultural at Katutubong Yaman Tungo sa mas Maliwanag na Kinabukasan
para sa Bagong Pilipinas”.
KAMAGSO (Katutubong Mag-aaral ng South Cotabato State College) will also be a part of the IP Month culmination on October 27, 2023, at the SCSC Gymnasium. The event will feature a series of activities that creatively showcase the beautiful cultural heritages of the Indigenous Peoples (IPs) in South Cotabato.
Indeed, SCSC proudly stands alongside our indigenous brothers and sisters, working hand in hand towards a future where their cultural heritage and indigenous wealth are treasured and celebrated.
Together, we create a harmonious tapestry that weaves the diverse threads of our nation’s identity.
